Peperami

In the 2025 Peperami campaign — which continued to evolve the brand’s much-loved stop-motion mascot “The Animal” for TV and digital audiences — Mackinnon & Saunders collaborated with A+C Studios and the creative agency Fearless Union to help bring the physical stop-motion elements to life.

Our involvement included fabricating the bespoke puppets used in the ad — from the refreshed incarnation of “The Animal” himself to a near full scale Chicken puppet on which ‘Animal’ rides.

The task was to ensure that the characters retained a tactile, handcrafted look while fitting seamlessly into the updated campaign’s blend of practical animation and modern effects.
